This third party company provides you with a very reliable and secure online transaction process. We do not control or have access to this payment system, and we do NOT
see or store your credit card information. All payments are handled by AUTHORIZE.NET.
You will need to supply the BILLING ADDRESS that your credit card statements are mailed to. If you give the wrong address, the transaction will be denied. This is for your security as well as ours.
Payments made through NON-U.S. credit card companies are not accepted, and transactions made from computers outside of the U.S. will also be denied.
DIRECTIONS FOR ONLINE PAYMENTS:
Press the grey "Pay Rent & Fees Now" button below to pay your rent. You will be taken to a new window where you can enter the Total Dollar Amount you want to pay.
Make sure you enter the Renter's Last name and Unit Number(s) in the description field of the second page to ensure proper credit to your account.
REMEMBER, Rent is DUE on the 1st of every month. A $20 late fee is automatically added to your account on the 6th of each month for each unit that is past due.
Payments made online after 5:00 pm on the 5th of the month should INCLUDE the $20 late fee.
You can call us at (815)943-6629 Mon-Fri between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm to get your balance due and unit numbers. Otherwise click the "Contact Us" button at the top of the page, and we will email you the information within 3 business days.
