Effective December 12, 2023 we have joined with Sitelink Web/Storable to handle our Mini Storage Record Keeping and Online Credit Card payments for our Poplar Grove and Capron Renters!
This company provides us with a Safe, Reliable and Secure ONLINE Transaction process for you to pay your rent easily, AND even automatically if you want!
You will need to provide your Email address and choose a Password to create an account. This will allow you to see your current unit(s) and pay your rent by either credit card or ACH Check!
Once you enter your credit or bank information, it is stored in a secure web based system with Sitelink Web. H&H Mini Unit Storage does NOT see or store your credit card information, but it can be saved by Sitelink Web for future online payments, or autopay each month if you choose.
DIRECTIONS FOR ONLINE PAYMENTS:
Press the "Pay ONLINE" button below to pay your rent. You will be taken to a new window where you can create your account login, view all your account information, and make your payment.
We recommend you take a screen shot or print this page of instructions to use for setting up your account in the payment system.
1. You will need to create an account with your email address and a password. This must be the same email address you gave when you rented the unit.
Click CREATE ACCOUNT. You should see a new page asking for more information. This creates extra security for you and your information.
2. When it asks you to enter your gate access code /OR last 7 digits of your phone number - Use the 7 Digits of your PHONE NUMBER!! DO NOT USE YOUR GATE CODE. Do not include the dash in the phone number. Example: 1234567, NOT 123-4567.
When it asks for a Unit Number, only enter one unit number, even if you rent more than one. They will all show up when you log in.
You will then re-enter your same email and password, and create a security question and answer. Mark the "I am not a robot" box.
The next page will confirm you have created an account. You will need to re-log in to see your account and make a payment.
You can pay on one, or several units at a time.
3. Enter your credit card information OR the ACH Check payment information you wish to use to pay your rent.
Make sure you enter the same BILLING ADDRESS that your credit card statements are mailed to! (If you aren't sure, check your statement to see the exact address they use.). If you give the wrong address, the transaction will be denied.
Then enter your payment amount and TA DA! You have made your payment.
4. You can even choose to AUTO PAY your rent with your credit card or checking account on the 1st of every month automatically. This is a great way to pay your rent, avoid late fees and never get behind on your rent!
REMEMBER, Rent is DUE on the 1st of every month. A $20 late fee is automatically added to your account on the 6th of each month for each unit that is past due.
Payments made online after 5:00 pm on the 5th of the month should INCLUDE the $20 late fee.
If you create an online account, it will show your unit(s) and balances when you log in.
If you do not want to use online payments, You can still create an account login to see what your balance is. Or, You can call us at (815)943-6629 Mon-Fri between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm to get your balance due and unit numbers.

Payments made through NON-U.S. credit card companies are not accepted, and transactions made from computers outside of the U.S. will also be denied.
